ARTIST ELIGIBILITY
Insurance 101
Artstop strongly encourages artists and venues to consider liability for lost, stolen, or damaged work in advance of participating. Insurance and liability should be directly addressed between the venue and artist.
All registered Artstop ProjectSpaces venues and artists are required to complete an 
Artist and Site Hosting Agreement by May 31, 2012 to mutually agree upon, in advance, all costs and fees, installation and removal of artwork, and responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged work.
(Please note: venues are NOT required to insure or assume liability for exhibited artwork; however, in the case that they do not, the artist must agree to assume liability).
